About us

Hi, my name is Amanda. After beginning my homeschool journey when my daughter was 4, and then moving to a new state, I struggled to find the perfect co-op for her age. I knew what I was looking for. A place for my daughters to make friends, and a place I could foster her love of learning with fun and creative lessons. I was inspired to start my own Nature co-op and to build a place for my children to learn outdoors and experience slow living out in nature. Since then, I’ve had the honor of leading many wonderful children through hands on, nature based, lessons on this homeschool adventure. With the launch of Gather Nature Pod, we’ve already planted the seeds of amazing friendships and a joy of learning!
