Please fill out this form to show your commitment to Gather Homeschool Co-op for the 2024-2025 school year, running on Mondays and Thursdays, from June 2024 through May 2025. You are signing up to reserve your spot with the understanding that there will be an annual $115 membership fee per child, and a $6-$15 monthly location rent.

All fees are due via Venmo, by June 1st, 2024 (including June’s rent fees, which I will update you on shortly!) Monthly Rent fees for the upcoming month, are due the last Friday of each month!
